As far as design direction goes these idents for ABC1 Australia aren't anything i want to pursue but i am interested in placing massive 3d letter is places. I want to take this idea and use it within my motion graphic for the advertisement of mitternacht. I feel that using 3d looking letters will make the imagery more intresting and also feel it will impress and engage with its audience.
I have also though about using real 3d letters and stop frame animation or just clever photography. This could add something else to the final product and also stress's the hand made D.I.Y ethic of mitternacht.
